Cost estimate per m² - sub-concrete and bitumen sealing

Hello dear community,

I have obtained an offer for the following topics:

1. Filling with sub-concrete, 4 cm height, price per m² = 38.5 EUR net, total area 73.7 m²
2. Sealing with bitumen using the welding process, price per m² 28.5 net, total area approx. 88 m²

Are the prices realistic, or is that exaggerated? My gut feeling says they are 100% above average....

The construction area is: Brandenburg near Berlin.

what is "Unterbeton"? Is that a "cleaning layer"?
For just under 3 m³ to be placed, 2,800 euros is quite a lot.
Calculate it yourself: 1 m³ of concrete doesn't cost 100 euros. Welding membrane is not that expensive either and applying it takes 2 to 3 hours. 2,500 for that is, to put it mildly, theft.

Yes, it is very expensive, although you can't expect the best prices for such a tiny amount of concrete. Overall, this is a mini job that no one wants. Better assign it to trades that are already on the construction site.
