Hello everyone, attached is a picture of our house plan. I hope you can help me a little and tell me what I should expect for the shell construction. The plot is completely flat, so only minimal earthworks will need to be done. Basement slab, masonry, and roof with tiles. We would be happy =)

Approximately €1,000 to €5,000 depending on the requirement ... :)

Maybe even more than €5,000 or less than €1,000 per square meter. But that is unlikely.

I hope I could help ... :D

what do you think is the biggest item in the matter because I work in a concrete plant and can say that for example the floor slab costs max 10k ([beton Sonderpreis und Einbau selber mit 3 Maurer Freunden])

mh, a lot of questions remain unanswered.

But I will address the point BP. Earthworks are necessary for that as well. Let's assume 25-30cm BP, below that comes gravel. Usually around 40-50cm. But depending on the soil condition, it can also be more. Maybe insulation under the BP? That makes approximately 200-250m³. It may be possible to store topsoil on the side (20cm?), then maybe 170m³ or more remain. If the normal soil can be re-used, good, if not, it will be more again due to the construction pit / slope, certainly another 80m³.

What about iron and statics? Are those also "at a special price"?
Is a soil report already available? And keep in mind: your BP is really huge!

I don't consider 10K feasible even with own work and special prices. Read one or more threads matching your floor plan ideas, for example:

Statics is done like the plan by a relative (free of charge) My calculation for BP is 220sqm *0.30 = 66m³ concrete 66*85€= about 5600€ concrete and then another approx. 4000-5000€ for iron, gravel, etc. The plot is 1800sqm Storage is no problem and disposal is free for us at the concrete plant

then your planner should calculate the statics, the soil report shows how deep you need to lay the foundations, under load-bearing walls there must be a strip foundation, I see several necessary there. In our bungalow fiber concrete was used and no rebar was added, the conversion for that came from the concrete plant
