Hello community, I am new here!
First of all, I have a basic question about building materials.
A friend of mine built a turnkey single-family house without a basement and without many extras for 170,000 euros. The house has 120 sqm and 4 rooms. The building region is in Saxony and the construction company was recommended to me by several people. So far, so good. The house is sufficient in size for one child and I would like it that way.
Now my question, everyone who has built used aerated concrete because it is faster and has good insulation values. Now I definitely want to build with Poroton because of my belief in the durability of brick masonry and the indoor climate.
What kind of additional costs are estimated to be associated with this?
Best regards
