Hello guys,
I have a question for you.
If a roughly 130 m² thermal floor slab for my planned house is supposed to cost about €35,000, would I possibly be cheaper with a normal floor slab including screed, underfloor heating, and whatever else accessories and foils are necessary?
With a 30 cm thick floor slab, I would have roughly 39 m³ of concrete. A contractor (whom I know indirectly) told me to calculate about €80/m³ of concrete. So just over €3,000 in materials. As far as I know, he said I would have to expect roughly €6,000–8,000 for the floor slab.
What does the screed cost? What about the underfloor heating?
What else is needed to compare it pricewise with the thermal floor slab?
I ask because I want to keep my costs as low as possible. For that, I need background knowledge to compete with a realistic lower price for the normal floor slab with everything included.
Best regards
Tito
