Hello dear forum community,
we would now like to gradually venture into the house-building project.
However, we have two house variants in mind and are not yet sure which one would be better for us:
Here are the key data briefly:
Plot available, approx. 700 m², hillside location (street below), house should be approx. 130 - 140 m²
Variant 1: Living on one level, larger house footprint, i.e. basement + 1st floor, attic not developed (possibly later for a child)
Variant 2: Smaller footprint, but attic developed
We actually prefer variant 1, but I have some concerns about the cost factor. What do you think, is variant 1 significantly more expensive or is it about the same since the attic is not developed?
