Here too, the question arises with a flat roof: can one (generally) say that a wooden flat roof by the carpenter is cheaper than the concrete slab (=roof) by the structural builder?
Yes. From personal experience, it would have been about 3-4K€ cheaper. There are about 50 flat roof buildings here and still none of them were built with wood. People just don't do that. If water gets in there, the damage is disastrous. Forget it!

Thank you for the advice. We are currently trying to optimize costs, but that would be saving in the wrong place. May I ask, on how much roof area would the difference of 3-4K€ have occurred?
Just considering room hygiene and quality alone, I would advise against a wooden flat roof, unless it is not possible otherwise in the existing structure due to the weight differences. The shell construction also does not offer as many opportunities for savings as the interior finishing and building services. I would rather want to make cuts there.
