Cost / Benefit Using rainwater in the household

Is it worth using rainwater for toilet flushing and laundry? If I calculate how much water I use for both per year and how much the installation of an appropriate rainwater utilization system costs me, then it seems worthwhile only from an environmental perspective, or have I overlooked something?

That can definitely be worthwhile, especially in large households; it doesn't have to become a high-tech home pumping system. Have an offer made to evaluate the investment or amortization of the various collection and pumping systems based on realistic consumption values.
