Hello everyone,

I have finally found a property that meets my expectations.
We are already in the final phase. Now come the questions about investments.

I would like to move away from the oil heating, gas is unfortunately not an option. District heating would be an option.

How much does such a conversion cost? Is it more efficient than oil?

Hello
1) - Connection costs a few thousand €
2) - Monthly fees
you need a heat exchanger/ I find it better than oil because you don't smell anything in the house and it requires little space for devices!

The disadvantage of district heating, however, is that you no longer have freedom of choice. The provider can basically dictate the prices to you since they have a monopoly position.

simply call your district heating provider. (Stadtwerke!?) They can advise you and calculate all costs!
