Controlled residential ventilation system - room temperature too high

My house has a controlled residential ventilation system from the company Zehnder. I set the temperature controller of the "ComfoAir 350" to minimum on hot days, but I just can't get the room temperature below 23 degrees. The heat exchanger is already turned off. What can I do?

Contact the manufacturer, ask Zehnder about options to lower the temperature further.
