Controlled residential ventilation exhaust outlet is planned in the light shaft. Does this cause problems?

Hello everyone to the people with controlled residential ventilation and a cellar, where is the exhaust air installed in your case? For us, it is planned to end it in the light well. I have read on the internet that this is not planned because of noise development through the light well and that at cold temperatures it can lead to icing and in the worst case mold on the house wall due to condensate.

Yes, there is some truth to that. Why not simply use a ventilation tower?
