Hello,
we, a family of four, are planning to soon build a single-family house on a building plot already in our possession in the Neumarkt i. d. OPf. area. It is to be turnkey from the builder, built solidly stone by stone. We are currently still in the selection phase of the builder, but already for this (or at the latest for the contract negotiations) we would like to bring an external independent construction supervisor on board. The nearest regional office of the [Verband Privater Bauherren] is Nuremberg (Platla), as is the one from the [Bauherren-Schutzbund] (Birzer).
Has anyone had experience with construction supervisors in the mentioned area, especially with the two named above? Does anyone know of other recommendable construction supervisors who cover the Neumarkt area?
