Hello, today we received the results of the [Baugrunduntersuchung].

I see two values, once 1.15 - 0.45 m and the note of at least proof of frost safety 1 m. Does this now mean that at least one meter is achieved or is only the base layer scraped off, i.e. one corner 1.15 deep otherwise up to 0.45? Or completely different values?

Note: [S2] is a building corner

The one is not directly related to the other. The 1.15 to 0.45 m thick fill must be removed - no foundation may be built on this. Regardless, in your case, it must be rounded to a frost-safe depth of 1 m. There are various options for this, which the [Objektplaner] can show you.
