Hello,
At the beginning of next year, my house construction will start.
It will be built on a rear property.
On the front servient property, my 3m right of way is located on the left side at the boundary.
For construction purposes, 3.5-4m may also be used if necessary.
The problem:
6m from the boundary is the house (built 1930-1940) of the front owner. So 3m next to the right of way.
The house has a basement. The basement has 40cm exterior walls, is about 2m high. However, the basement is only half to max 2/3 underground.
Are there any problems regarding the basement if during the construction phase a 40t truck drives along the path and possibly uses 3.5m (so 2.5m away from the house)?
