————————

We want to take the chance again. A small house in a manageable town (doctor, supermarket, train station), no longer the big city.

It should be a passive house as a bungalow.

The exterior walls should be 3m high. At the beginning, I tried to keep a 3m grid (internal dimension). For the bathrooms I halved that and for the bedrooms multiplied by 1.5. The wall heights at the atrium are 2.5m. The foundation slab is very well insulated and used as a heat storage (concrete core activation).

Unfortunately, I don’t understand the roof. Maybe a sample or views of your plan.
EDIT:

I think I’ve got it now.

Regarding your plan, it would be helpful to see how the house is positioned on the plot. And labeling the rooms also makes understanding easier.

With 150 cm room depth, there won’t be much else but lining up the bathroom more or less.

3 WCs for the whole house is certainly quite something.

Are the 2 people a couple or just friends who want to live together? Because of the 2 bathrooms, especially each having their own WC.

The distance sofa - TV catches my eye and I consider it too large.

I’m interested in the roof and chimney shaft.

Is the technical room supposed to be right in the middle? …hm.

EDIT:
Bed position in the western (bottom of plan) bedroom looks rather like too narrow access.

Regarding the draft: a grid and thus a WZ with a width of 3 meters is far too narrow, especially when 2 sofas arranged at an angle and a passage area are included in these 3 meters. It barely has the spaciousness of a tiny house – furnished with custom furniture definitely too tight, it sometimes looks cramped.
