Construction performance insurance with high groundwater level

Hello to all home builders,
I hope I am in the right department here. We are building on a plot of land that possibly carries a risk of a high groundwater level. Has anyone had general or maybe even specific experience with [Gothaer] or [Zuricher] insurance? ..or are there possibly other recommendable construction insurance providers?

so I have indicated it in the inquiries and with Allianz (excluded due to high fees) & Zurich, the clause "located in a high risk area of (ground)water" (paraphrased) is listed as a special risk - I am still missing the policy from Gothaer. However, it is probably not excluded there either, the representative communicated. But how it looks in the event of a claim, I do not know, hence the inquiry.
