Construction of 2 shell buildings single-family house/two-family house in the south of Cologne

Hello everyone, does anyone perhaps know a good company in the Cologne area/surroundings that can build the shell constructions for our project in 2022. It is about a single-family house and a two-family house to be built next to each other. Thank you.

I had already assumed that plots were available. If they are still the same as in 2014, you might want to say a little "more" about why the construction project has not progressed yet. If the former one has already been completed, the obvious question would be why you wouldn't take the same contractor again. I can only ask my aunt again tomorrow ;-)
