Referring to my stone mantra: what wall structure has the architect proposed? Regarding "only shell structures" I recommend my numerous posts on the keywords "self-contracting" / "apprentice sorcerer".It is about a single-family house (10.74 m x 10.00 m) and a two-family house (12.00 m x 12.00 m) which are to be built next to each other in the southern part of Cologne/right bank of the Rhine. Architect plans are available.

Regarding "only shell constructions," I recommend you my numerous posts on the keywords "Eigenvergabe" / "Zauberlehrling."
The architect planned 36.5 cm aerated concrete, but now they are switching to KfW 40 because of the subsidy; whether the stone will then suffice is questionable.
I can recommend the construction company Wagner GmbH/ 51515 Kürten. I completed a complex renovation project in Hürth with this company in 2019/2020. It was a very good, cooperative, and reliable collaboration.
