Construction meeting: What should we not forget? What should we pay attention to?

Since we have now practically finished everything (financing is secured, notary done, building permit obtained, plans made, etc. etc.), the construction meeting is scheduled for this week!

In the last few days, I have written down all the questions I/we have and hope to have thought of everything! We have repeatedly used this forum to get tips, suggestions, etc., and you have always helped us :) Therefore, a request to you:

Are there any questions we absolutely must not forget? Are there things we need/should pay attention to??

What do you mean by that?

a) The contract for work has already been signed and you mean the so-called construction start meeting?
b) You have only commissioned the necessary work up to and including the building application through an architect and are now looking for the right provider for you?
