Construction Manager Wanted - Single-family House in the Rastatt/Karlsruhe Area

Hello everyone,

we are just starting the shell construction for our single-family house in the Rastatt/ Karlsruhe area, and due to "irreconcilable differences" with our architect, he will no longer be overseeing LPH 7 and 8.
Now we are looking for a competent construction manager who could join during or after the shell construction phase. However, as we are currently realizing, this is not so easy.

Does anyone have a hot tip on where to find someone like this best?

do you have an energy consultant who might recommend someone to you?

Have you ever been to a building surveyor for advice? (Maybe there is also an IHK list for building surveyors in your area?).

Maybe someone from your area will respond here who knows someone.

Have you already started construction? Then you could ask the contracted companies if they know or can recommend someone.

Otherwise: ask friends, acquaintances, (future neighbors) or people in a nearby new development area.
