Construction manager subsidy for turnkey building with architects?

does anyone have experience with whether, if you build turnkey with a company, meaning everything from the architect to the site manager really goes through this company, you get this site manager subsidy?

We are not building a KfW house.

I think what is meant and confused here is: the subsidy for the inspection of KfW matters, i.e. the construction supervision regarding the KfW components. Not the construction manager and also not a service that the general contractor has in their service package.

Okay, yes, that’s how I understood it as well. That it is only part of the KfW program. An acquaintance said it was different, which made me uncertain.
