Construction financing - which offers are currently recommended?

we are currently in the planning phase and are exploring various construction financiers. We came across several service providers on the internet and wanted to ask you about your experiences. Which service providers can you recommend? Who currently has special offers, favorable interest rates, which ones are (less) trustworthy, etc.?

there is no best financing. Jos is right, there is only one financing that suits you.

In one thing Jos is wrong, direct banks cannot do that, is not true. Many direct banks work with independent brokers. Today you can already conclude building financing with Ing-Diba through a building society.

The right advisor is always the problem.

I clarify - direct banks cannot do that alone via the internet and/or phone :p. And yes, building societies (advisors) can today also offer Ing-Diba, DKB and much more, as long as they are not tied to a bank like the people from LBS and SchwäbischHall. Well, honestly, I only personally know one building society where that is officially possible.
