Construction financing interest rates - first installment higher??

Hello everyone,

I am currently at a loss and cannot make sense of it - see attached.

Why is the first interest payment (on 31.03.2021) €16.33 higher than the "normal" monthly interest rate, which is €245.00?

Because the disbursement is booked on 28.02. and the first installment on 31.03. That is more than one month. February has 30 days (interest calculation 30/360 - or do you use a different interest convention like act/360?).
