Construction financing in order 20a / 1.61%?

I am new to the forum and really glad that these platforms exist! Since we are about to finalize the financing, I would like to get your opinion on this:

briefly the relevant information (I hope complete for you):

[*]Monthly payment €1,700
[*]Fixed interest period 20 years
[*]Special repayments possible? (Yes, 2% p.a.)
[*]Repayment rate switch possible 2x

What do you think of this offer? Is there any room for improvement?!

when I enter this into the comparison calculator, Allianz comes out with slightly better conditions (0.1 to 0.2 better). The question is whether there are any other conditions that might worsen your rate? I would say the offer is good, but maybe it could still be improved a little.
