Construction financing: ancillary house costs, what does it all include?

we are currently working on our construction financing. Now we stumbled over the "additional costs". In our cost breakdown we have compiled all items. Including [Stadtwerke], [Telefon], etc.

What exactly belongs to the house ancillary costs? Electricity, water, heating, property tax, chimney sweep, waste disposal, ...

I am grateful for suggestions!

I assume you mean the monthly additional costs that occur with a house. However, these only have a secondary connection to your construction financing, namely in the point of how much money you can put into the loan installment.

You have already listed quite a few things. Depending on the region and where you discharge your wastewater, fees may also apply for that. Otherwise, the building insurance is also included (if you haven’t already counted it under the "Versicherungen"). You can also include maintenance, e.g., of the heating system.

Assume that the monthly costs will probably be higher than now; how much higher can only be estimated.
