Hello everyone,
I keep reading in this forum that construction costs strongly depend on the region where the building project is located. Knowing that a 100% accurate figure seems impossible, I would still be interested in an approximate value per square meter of living space for a single-family house in [Saarland]. Other assumptions (if necessary): no basement, flat plot, presumably little earthworks (embankments, etc.) required, 2 full floors, flat roof, simple architecture (no dormers, bay windows, projections or recesses), 170 to 180 sqm, ground floor in monolithic construction, upper floor in timber frame construction, increased glass area, gas condensing boiler with solar, controlled residential ventilation if necessary, double garage, medium to high standard.
Does anyone have experience values? I would be grateful for feedback. I am of course happy to answer any open questions.
Best regards
Ippebson
