Hello dear ones,
we will have a house built next year. It will be built more or less turnkey. We will build the garage ourselves with relatives (some of whom are professionals). Since we are now working on the exact cost planning, it would be great if someone could tell us what order of magnitude we should expect for a double garage measuring 7x7m. The roof should be a gable roof facing the neighboring garage and a terrace facing the house (the railing of the balcony will be a parapet-high roof).
We actually wanted a flat roof, but since we have to build the same roof as the neighbors according to the development plan as a boundary building, we have to do a gable roof. However, on the side facing the house, we need the windows on this side, so there will be a terrace there. With the preliminary approval, we have already reached such limits with the district office that we have to make as few exceptions as possible.
We would be very grateful for any responses.
Best regards
