Construction cost planning / estimation for 3 row houses

I am planning to build three terraced houses (solid construction) and wanted to get an estimate of the price. The total living area is 360m2 without considering sloping ceilings, and 325m2 when considering the slopes.
Features: 6 bathrooms (2 per terraced house), 360m2 flooring/tiles with material costs up to 40 euros per m2, 360m2 underfloor heating, 12 large skylights of the brand Velux, many other windows as well (also floor-to-ceiling on the ground floor), KFW55 standard, 2 dormers each about 5m wide.
Pile foundation (approx. 22 piles required).

I expect a turnkey offer according to the specifications, including the pile foundation, earthworks (no basement), architect fees, and structural engineering.

I wanted to ask in advance what I can approximately expect? (Construction site Hamburg)

thank you very much in advance for the answers. For the facade, I was thinking of brick (I should have mentioned that earlier). The roof covering is to be done with concrete roof tiles from Braas. The plot of land is available, landscaping should also not be part of the offer.
