Can someone tell me what the total costs including the outdoor facilities would be in the following initial situation:

-House turnkey (KFW70) on a slab from Town & Country approx. 120m² (without wallpapering and carpet)
approx. 140,000€
-Building plot with development costs according to the Building Code
approx. 65,000€ including incidental costs (drainage fees and contributions for water supply, electricity, telecommunications, and gas supply)

-What else realistically comes on top of that?

Many, dear thanks

Just google for additional construction costs (building permit, surveyor, construction electricity, extra earthworks, etc.) here in the forum or elsewhere!

Then look in the construction and service description to see what is included in the price and what is not.
T+C is not exactly the exemplary company when it comes to fittings, so quite a lot will be added:
Tiles at €20/sqm is not exactly great, and when I read online that the guest WC only provides tiling on the wall around the sink...
Controlled residential ventilation, shutters, planning, underfloor heating, additional sockets, better sanitary fixtures, and so on and so forth... that quickly adds up to an extra €50,000.
Kitchen €10,000, garage €12,000, carport €3,000, paving work, garden planting...: For outdoors we have budgeted €8,000.

If I see it like this, about €100,000 for the house. Your price can never be enough.
