Hello, we are still at the very beginning with the [Projekt Hausbau]. How does one find the right/reputable construction company and which one did you build with and how satisfied were you?
Best regards

What is this?! Massa Haus is involved too?
... first you should

[*]decide what you actually want to build - so prefabricated house or conventional.
[*]What is your budget? What are your expectations? How much time and risk are you already willing to invest / take?
[*]If conventional, do you want to build with an architect and individual contracting? Do you want to buy a piece of house (with land) (developer), do you want to separate planning and construction (general contractor) or get everything from one source (general contractor with warranty)?
[*]Be aware that in many cases the seller does not build your house or is no longer there if something goes wrong.
[*]Ask around among acquaintances what experiences there are - no guarantee that it will be the same for you, but here you get the most unvarnished information (neither in one direction nor the other)
[*]Look on the internet - but be aware that people with bad experiences are especially motivated to write about it
[*]Be aware that nobody gives you anything for free - prices come from somewhere (could also be from the boss’s second Porsche - but rather not ;-)
[*]Don’t try to save in the wrong place - you want to live in the house for a long, long time
[*]Also listen a bit to your gut feeling
[*]Search through the Federal Gazette, Google the managing directors (if you are unsure)

Surely there is much more, but that might not be a bad start. I’m sure others have even more ideas on how you can structure the whole thing for yourself to get an overview.

Best regards

Good day,

We are always pleased when house providers stand ready to answer questions about their company on the house building forum; we do not tolerate "advertising through the back door" and delete it consistently; as was done this morning.

Furthermore, users expect to find a contact person in the profile of a provider who is also reachable in real life; rightly so, in my opinion. So please make up for this omission; if you need help with this, feel free to contact me via private message.

Otherwise, we look forward to answers to users' questions on the topic of Massa Haus® ;)

Regards from the Rhineland

Frankly, I do not believe that this is good advertising for Massa Haus. Personally, this sounds pushy and unprofessional to me.

@ Thread starter

I would primarily focus on good references and review them; then evaluate the personality and demeanor of your contractual partner (not a salesperson) and finally study the published financial statements with friends from the industry.

It takes time to get oriented in the market. No conversation is in vain; you always learn something. If you are not absolutely enthusiastic and convinced, you should not sign a contract. Good contractual partners never put you under pressure at any time.
