Construction companies wanted in Westerwald, Westerburg / Hachenburg region

we already discussed our house construction with Massivhaus Mittelrhein here in the forum back in 2016. Now, due to family reasons, we are planning a new start in the Westerwald, near Westerburg / Hachenburg. Since the forum search did not really help us, I am simply asking here. Does anyone of you know good construction companies (solid or prefab) in this region? We want to build a bungalow of about 130 m² on a slab, turnkey. Budget without land about €300,000 to €350,000. Massivhaus Mittelrhein is no longer an option for us.

Oh! – I read in your posts back then about your bad luck – which I don’t consider typical for this provider – and that, although it was already your third build. So now the fourth, and not tied to a specific building method. Immediately, Econ (solid builder in Dernbach near Dierdorf) or Fingerhut (“prefab” manufacturer in Neunkhausen) came to mind, Stüber (if I remember correctly formerly in Siebenmorgen, seems to have moved to Bavaria, strangely still with the Waldbreitbach area code), and if it may be a bit more upscale, Huf in Hartenfels. Or you could ask Baulotse-Hoffmann, they are also from that region.

I actually have a good impression of them, but with a regional representative I have also sometimes thought, good gracious, where do they get them from... (but house salespeople should be taken with a grain of salt anyway).

I think Nordhaus could still deliver there. Although they are not located in the Westerwald, they have a radius of action of about 200 km, if I remember correctly.

Oh yes, Nordhaus, I have to get to know them better at the next opportunity. I really like medium-sized companies with a clear focus (including on not wanting to become a world market leader). And the Eifel is practically the Westerwald on the other side of the Rhine ;-)
