Connection terrace door, full thermal insulation, foundation

Hello everyone! I cut out a small part of the xps because it was cracked or not sealed with a compound. Now I want to replace this xps with new material and seal it with a thick coating. Would this be a good solution? Later, fine stoneware will be installed over it. Attached are photos
