Hello, my kitchen will be delivered on 01.06. with the Personlig countertop. It consists of 2 plates that are assembled in an L-shape, so quite classic. Can anyone tell me from experience how Ikea prepares this? So how do I join the plates together, do I need connectors for this or what? Thanks in advance.

The required clamping screws are included in the delivery, everything else you need is also there... However, you should still get some silicone.

Ok great, silicone is no problem. Do I have to mill the holes myself or are they already there?

Do you mean the milling grooves for the screws? They are of course already in there...

The bigger problem will probably be the silicone, but you say it works. I always have problems with it, it sticks, clumps, and looks sh... I can manage everything with acrylic but with silicone? Does anyone have a good trick for me? ;)
