Confused because of Corona and the start of construction

Good morning.. I am currently a bit confused. So many people are starting to build right now and there are little to no problems regarding Corona. As far as I know, companies are allowed to work. Now our developer says that, due to official orders, construction may not be started?! Why not?! Others are doing it too. We are building in Niedersachsen Landkreis Schaumburg... It confuses me.. can someone clarify this for me? Best regards

Yes, that does not have to refer to the district but to the company. However, we cannot tell you now how things stand with your district. You have to figure that out yourself. I personally think a bit more defensiveness is appropriate in our C-time anyway. I don’t know why you are putting pressure on now. We all face setbacks, whether economic or personal. The safety of people takes precedence over scheduling an agreed move-in in August. Be a bit more relaxed about the timing.

Very strange. Only the GU can really answer that for you. Our GU is also cautious. There should, actually, only ever be 1 trade working in the house at a time. Occasionally, there might be a second trade there briefly. But otherwise, there are no restrictions.

When I look two houses down.... Sometimes there are Sprinters from 4-6 different companies parked in front of the house at the same time. It must be very cramped inside the house.
