Conduit freedom soil survey

We want to have a soil survey conducted on our future property before the purchase, we have a permit.

Now the geologists want a signature for the clearance of utilities, how do I best ensure this?

I came across Schachtschein.de during a Google search, would that be a possibility?

You have a high level of security if you ask the common utility providers (each individually!), namely electricity, gas, water, sewage, cable TV, district heating. With that, you should have covered almost everything for most construction projects. Near railway lines, the owner of the railway track is also relevant. Nothing else comes to mind spontaneously.
