Complete overcast?

Hello everyone,

we will start work at the end of this month,
we are building a 2.5-story two-family house without a basement near Kempen on the Lower Rhine.

In general, I am actually in favor of a complete clinker brick facade, mainly because you don’t have to paint it after a few years.

Now we are considering plastering the entrance area,
we are worried that our house might look too bulky/blocky.

The house will be 14x9m
Ridge height 9.7m
Eaves height 5.9m

I have already tried to visualize everything with a CAD program, but we can’t decide.

Suggestions are welcome.

We have planned dark brickwork, which is relieved by a projecting bay/ oriel block in plaster. It will be a scratch render, which is then polished. It is not painted and practically does not weather at all.
