You do have an energy demand certificate, or thermal protection certificate, or heat demand certificate, or whatever.
In any case, not a consumption certificate!

I have the energy demand certificates for the respective new buildings. Based on this, I have projected the energy demand including an increase in costs for the next 30 years. Object 1 will therefore require approximately €30,000.00 more in energy costs. Object 2, including the garage, costs €49,000.00 more. The purely purchasing decision would therefore favor Object 1, especially since it is larger. I myself am not yet 100% sure. For this reason, we will inspect the house again in the next few days.
