Hello,
in my research on house construction I keep coming back here - great forum! We are currently planning to build a single-family house (105m²) with the company Schwörerhaus. They have a standard ventilation system in every house (it will be a KFW55). In addition, you can combine a fresh air heating system which then provides electric additional heating. My original plan was/is to use a geothermal probe and a corresponding heat pump. Since I unfortunately do not know much about building technology, I am currently wondering whether these systems can be combined in some way? I really like the idea from Schwörerhaus of omitting water-based systems (radiators, underfloor heating), but I cannot come to terms with the thought of having to use electric heating, as the electricity price will certainly not go down. Furthermore, we are just in our late 20s and hopefully will live there for 40 years +. Does anyone have experience with this or am I completely off with my considerations?
Thank you very much
Regards Frank
