Hello dear community,

I plan to relocate my bathroom to a new room and therefore need to extend or newly lay the water pipes there. For this, I bought a pressing machine with the TH contours from Rems. I also purchased suitable pipes.

However, I have encountered a problem:
my "old composite pipes" seem to have been pressed with the Rothe system, since on the one hand the inscription "Alulaser-Plus" is on the pipes and the press contour looks like RN20.

My question is:
Can I simply insert a TH pressing fitting there, or are the pipes only designed for Rothe fittings?

I would be very happy to receive answers

Very neat! So you only need fittings with TH contour - good and cheap Pipetec or similar. The fittings and press contour do not matter to the pipes at all. The pipes only have to be the right size. RN is the contour. 20 will be the pipe diameter. So normal 20mm MSVR. I would simply cut it off (of course deburr etc.) and continue with a Pipetec fitting TH.

Thank you very much for the feedback. Then I am reassured. I will do it that way. I wish you a great day
