Good morning!

I recently saw a report about coconut soil and was excited. It’s a real alternative to potting soil, if I understood correctly. My wife could also carry it without any problems.

Now I would first like to know from you, does anyone have experience and can say something about it? Is it really better than potting soil? Where do you use it?

Hopefully someone can give me advice!
Best regards,
todde

hello todde, yes, [Frau] can wear it better! I have been using them for years buckets, crates, and pots. I find that they can store and retain moisture better. one ([Frau]) always has them quickly at hand because they can be stored well without taking up much space. best regards our house

Hello our house! That sounds good! Are there any tips for use? Or rather, I just googled and found several differences in a shop like Coins, Blocks, and Bags. Which one do I have to take now? Isn't it all the same??

Best regards, todde.

Hello Todde, I have only used the blocks so far. An old bucket, pour in water (about 4l, I always use some warm water, it goes faster), put the block in and wait. Better a little less water than too much! You can see when the soil is "ready" and then you can start. I think there are no differences, only in the shape! Have fun and wish you a green thumb from our house

Hello,
Coco soil is a growing substrate, it contains no fertilizer at all!
