Climate split units / Company - recommendation?

Hello everyone

Due to the current temperatures, we are considering the purchase of a split air conditioning unit to supply 2 or 3 rooms.

- Can anyone recommend a device or company (Zürich area), had good experiences?
- Is there anything special to pay attention to?

Although it is so hot right now :eek:
I don't want to rush and am grateful for tips and recommendations.

I think that you are just energy guzzlers anyway and it takes a long time to get used to the temperature differences and not constantly get sick.

They are nice nonetheless... we have a small portable air conditioner with cooling packs... those things are already quite loud.

In any case, I would definitely pay attention to the power consumption and the noise level (there are probably specifications for that) and the way it is mounted. You can't always just tear open the masonry.

Yes, they can be quite power-hungry and noisy.

We are therefore willing to invest a bit more to choose "the better ones" among the possible devices. Also willing to spend "a little" more, since ownership means the fixed installation is not a problem.

So
- Fixed installation
- 3 rooms should be air-conditioned
- As quiet and energy-saving devices as possible.
