City villa planned as a new build in the Emsland

Hello everyone,

we want to build in Rede (Ems) in 2020/21 on a developed plot (already purchased).

Does anyone here know companies from the region that build solidly well? A city villa with about 200 sqm is planned, monolithic wall construction, air-water heat pump, ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating, brick cladding/veneer.
