Hello dear ones, now it's our turn. We have already read a lot and heard much about traffic routes and so on. Now we would like to know what the critical but also experienced audience thinks of our floor plan. So, get typing and give us feedback on the floor plan. Thank you very much

Further wishes/special features/daily routine, gladly also reasons why this or that should or should not be - We received a tip from friends not to make the utility room/HAR too small. Therefore, it should be somewhat larger.
House design
By whom was the planning done:
- planner of a construction company
What do you particularly like? Why?
- We find it very nice as non-homeowners and think it should fit us perfectly.
What do you not like? Why?
- Flue of the fireplace. We are not sure if it fits well there so that it goes well upstairs.
Price estimate according to architect/planner:
- 410,000
Personal price limit for the house, including equipment:
- open
Preferred heating technology:
- air/water heat pump
If you have to do without, which details/extensions
-can you do without:
- dressing room in the bedroom
-can you not do without:
- guest WC shower, study, fireplace
Why did the design turn out as it is now?
Standard design from the planner - with small adaptations to the walls
What makes it in your opinion particularly good or bad?
What is the most important/basic question about the floor plan summarized in 130 characters?
What do you think of the floor plan? What do you say about the number of windows and their arrangement? What is good and what could be improved? How could the fireplace flue problem be solved (flue - by the way room-air-independent)... and everything else we don’t notice
Dimensions of the house 10.12m x 8.99m
