Hello everyone,

we are currently at the end of the shell construction phase with our developer (turnkey) and, as laypeople, have considered hiring a building surveyor. We now have two in close consideration. Our problem is that we have no reviews or other experiences with the building surveyors. They are priced the same, but one has a Dekra certification and the other a BDSH certification (each a 3-5 day course which doesn't say much).

Does anyone have an idea or could say something to help with the decision? The websites of the two are as follows:

Hello Gerlinde,
I have deleted the two links because, on the one hand, they violate the [AGBs] and, on the other hand, the question is understandable without links.
Additionally, I have also deleted this question in the other forum because it also violates the [AGBs].

Hello Yvonne,

I am curious to see if anyone will still help me after the deletion.

I have also already commissioned a building expert myself - but a publicly appointed and sworn expert of the state and the Chamber of Crafts.

I consider everything else to be unprofessional!

You could have named names :) But the question is too specific; I would have just asked directly in the area or asked her myself.

Good evening,

Your question does not need any links, which by the way also violate the forum rules that you accepted upon registration ;)

3 to 5 day course ./. versus training in a construction-related trade and further education to become an expert. In my opinion, your question is self-explanatory.

Take your cue from user – it certainly costs much more money, but the chosen expert also brings sufficient experience.
