Hello everyone,
We are expecting our building permit this month (currently one child, not eligible for BKG due to earning 1k too much). The house will be erected in November (prefabricated house) and then we will have 2 children (birth expected in August) and will now also be eligible for BKG. I would then register ourselves at the address directly, even if some things are not finished yet. Is this possible or legally critical, since we will probably not move in until 3 months later? One more question, whether the eligibility for BKG is based on the date of the building permit or the registration? Additionally, whether the move-in or registration must necessarily take place by the end of the year to be eligible. Unfortunately, I have not found any real answers on the internet.
Thanks to you all in advance.
Regards
