Chest of drawers KURS, instructions or item number

Hello, I am looking for the assembly instructions for the old dresser KURS (80 wide, 3 drawers). Since I only need the instructions to find out the article number of the slide(s), it would be just as helpful to have this number, then I wouldn't need the instructions. Then I could try to get replacement slides, the old ones fell apart :( Thank you very much!

there is no number for the rails. I would take one with me and browse in the [Fundgrube], I have often seen rails of this kind there, or ask customer service, otherwise try it at the hardware store or fittings dealer.
