Is there (here in the forum?) something like this?
We have little knowledge about building, but still want to build, are at the very beginning of our planning and have received some catalogs.
In the construction descriptions, many services are listed and of course you could compare them, additionally research on the internet and create a long list with (almost) all the tasks that need to be done on the house and that are relevant (a kind of checklist) - and go to the meetings prepared like this, so that later during construction there are no (expensive) surprises because something important was forgotten.
Is there perhaps such a list here in the forum? One that also includes services that are never or rarely offered by construction companies, to simply get an overview of all expected costs?
I know that every house is different, but 99% of the tasks are (I think) relevant for everyone, right...?
