Hello everyone,
I need your help with two topics:
- Rainwater, wastewater: does it always have to be constructed straight? On the drainage plan there are red and blue lines from the architect. I have redrawn them with green and pink lines. Goal: short route and if possible to build in one channel (cost saving)
- In addition, I would like to lay electricity, telephone, and cable connections also in this channel

Is something like this possible, allowed?

We are building in BW. The garage is in front.
THANK YOU for your advice and I wish you a nice weekend.

Regarding the 2nd question, we have also recently researched: You should read the technical connection conditions (TAB) of your basic supplier. For example, with us there are distance rules between the lines or an indication of the depth.

At Telekom, we were also able to request a site plan showing where the main line is located free of charge by email, so that we can estimate this route or discuss it with an architect/groundworker in order to have to dig only one trench on the property if possible.
