Channel connection to the public network

Good morning,

in my construction service description I have the following description: inspection shaft incl. shaft cover and connection work, incl 5m connection cable up to the handover on the property.

Do I understand correctly that the sewer connection (public) is included?

I would have understood it more like that from the house (max.) 5m (within the property) are included and that either extends to where the transition is or the rest is at the builder's expense. Depending on the municipality, they don't even allow "everyone" to connect there and since the builder wouldn't even know what costs to expect because it can vary greatly depending on the municipality's regulations, I don't think that anything would be included so generally.

That's how I see it too. They will create a manhole for you and connect the house drains to it. What is still missing then is the connection between the [Revisionsschacht] and the [Übergabeschacht] to the public network. If the [Übergabeschacht] does not exist yet, then that is missing as well.
