Hello experts,

I am trying to change the handle on windows. Normally, this works quite well by simply flipping a cap, which usually reveals two screws. However, with the windows attached, this apparently isn’t that simple. Does anyone know the trick? And are these actually "standard" handles with two screws and a "square steel nose" after all? Thanks and best regards, Ashley

Turn or pull off the cap, I know the two options...

I cannot clearly see anything in picture 1. For us, it is such that where I have marked it in your picture (I hope I was allowed to do this), there is a small hole where you can insert a nail or something similar and use it to press back a pin in the handle and then simply pull it off.

These are surely not conventional window handles either.

You should take photos that are not underexposed in the focus. Maybe try photographing outside in the evening or darkness.

here is a better picture. I think you have to press in somehow and somewhere to remove the handle?
