Hello everyone,
for our new building, a floor heating system is planned. When laying it, I wanted the spacing to be reduced from 16 cm to 10 or 12 cm. In the living and dining room, there should be 3 circuits instead of 2, as the two circuits are 116 m. Today we received a cost estimate. For reducing the spacing from 16 cm to 8 cm, it should cost 11,623 euros for the entire house. If we only want to reduce the spacing in the living room, it should only cost 374 euros. The house is 133 m² in size and will have an air-to-water heat pump. I find that quite a lot for the whole house. How do you see it? Who has experience with this? Does it really cost that much?
Thank you in advance.
